The separate kitchen is full of light and just off the dining area. is beautifully-equipped with everything you might need. There is a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a coffee machine. <\/p>\n

Localisation
\nThe apartment is in an excellent location. Just a few hundred metres from the lake shore and a 15 minute walk from the centre of Lugano. On the border of Switzerland and Italy, the city of Lugano is famous for its stunning location, rich cultural heritage and excellent restaurants and caf\u00e9s. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the \u201cLuganomusica\u201d festival every summer. <\/p>\n
For self-catering, the Lugano farmers\u2019 market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Via Carducci (7-minute drive) is the place to go to pick up the best ingredients. Otherwise, there are a wide range of supermarkets nearby.<\/p>\n
The lovely town of Gandria (4 minute drive) which is towards the Italian border makes a great day out. Visitors can wander through the village\u2019s winding streets or hike along the Sentiero Dell\u2019Olivo. For more beautiful hiking routes, guests can cross over into Italy and enjoy the unspoiled forests and hills of Valsolda (25 minutes).<\/p>\n
