With high wood-beamed ceilings and a terracotta tiled floor, the property enjoys a characterful rustic style. With plenty of picture windows and skylights, each room is filled with natural light. The main open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and plenty of chairs. The separate kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.<\/p>\n

Caslano sits on a small peninsula on the western shore of Lake Lugano and is known for its relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that blends of Swiss precision with Italian flair.<\/p>\n
The village’s lakeside location makes it a great place for swimming, boating, paddleboarding and fishing. It is also home to the Golf Club Lugano (a 9-minute walk\/2-minute drive), one of the oldest golf courses in Switzerland.
