A flight of stone steps leads up to the front door, which opens to reveal the attractive, traditional interiors. Archways on either side of the entrance hall lead to the sitting room and dining room. The cosy living room is furnished with a contemporary sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. Across the hallway, in the beamed dining room, there is a dining table for elegant meals. A door leads to the separate kitchen, which is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a Delizio coffee machine and fridge\/freezer. <\/p>\n

The beaches of Lake Lugano (Lido di Magliaso and Lido di Agno) are just a 25-minute drive. The Lido di Agno is an ideal spot for kayaking and swimming in the clear lake. <\/p>\n
Guests will find a selection of supermarkets in the town of Agno (25 minutes). For the freshest local produce, head to the farmers’ market, which takes place on Tuesday and Friday mornings in central Lugano (30 minutes) <\/p>\n
Lugano is packed with things to see, including MASI, the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. There are many delicious restaurants and caf\u00e9s where you can enjoy the best of Italian and Swiss cuisines. <\/p>\n
