Acquire a Membership plan that fits your needs and start listing your properties. After listing you can choose to verify your property through our Blue Badge system.
Once your listing is published you can get property bookings. For Blue Badge properties we created the Instant Booking system.
Medium-term rentals cover stays of at least 30 days, with more flexible terms than most standard lease agreements.
We charge a flat monthly subscription per listing. The exact rate depends on the package you choose, with no extra commission on the rent.
We require owners to submit official property documents to confirm authenticity. Additionally, one of our experts conducts a virtual or in-person inspection to ensure the property matches its photos.
