A chic city retreat in the centre of Lugano.

On the first floor of a smart apartment block, this one-bedroom flat sleeps 4 people. It is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a working trip to the beautiful city of Lugano.
The wooden-floored, air-conditioned apartment is arranged around a central hallway. The living room has a large window and a glass door, leading onto a balcony overlooking the street. There is a comfortable sofa (which converts into a double bed), a large Smart TV and a contemporary dining table with 4 chairs.

The sleek, modern, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.

Bedroom 1: The bright master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, stylish storage, a large desk and a chair, as a workstation.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Badezimmer
A separate bathroom, next to the bedroom, with a glass shower, large basin, bidet and WC.

Standort
The apartment is situated in the middle of Lugano, just a 5-minute walk from the shore of the lake and Parco Ciani.
It is located above a restaurant, so it may be occasionally noisy.

The city of Lugano has much to offer travellers, whether they are looking for an evening off after a day of meetings, or want to entertain their family. The unique blend of Swiss efficiency and Italian “dolce vita” has blessed the city with excellent restaurants, cafes and food shops or markets, for those who want to cook at home. The wonderful street market, selling local produce, is just 5 mins walk from the flat.
Lugano is home to a wide variety of museums including the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland (MASI) just a 5 minute walk away, one of Switzerland’s most visited cultural centres. A day trip on the Lago di Lugano sailing between Switzerland and Italy is not be missed, or if you prefer to stay on land, a stroll along the waterfront in Parco Ciani and the Old Town is a relaxing way to soak up the beauty of your surroundings.

The closest international airports are in Italy – Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12-minute walk from the apartment.
