The air-conditioned apartment is located on the sixth floor (with lift access) and offers 2 private balconies, where you can take the first sip of your morning coffee with lovely views. Inside, the apartment features a light and airy living room with a sofa double bed, internet access and a Smart TV. The apartment is suitable for elderly guests.

The apartment does not feature a kitchen but has all essential amenities like a microwave, Nespresso machine, and boiler for a comfortable homestay. There is also a delightful restaurant – Ristorante Casa Emilia- located right below the apartment residence. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch on all weekdays and dinner on Thursdays and Fridays. A number of restaurants, bars and takeaways are just a few steps from the rental.
