The perfect place for a city break in central Lugano.

On the second floor of an elegant apartment block, this 2 bedroom flat sleeps 6 people. It is flooded with sunlight and is an ideal base for a family holiday, or a working trip to the beautiful city of Lugano, in the heart of the Swiss-Italian lakes.

The wooden-floored, air-conditioned apartment is arranged around a spacious entrance hallway. The bright living room has a large window and a glass door, leading onto a balcony overlooking the street. There is a comfortable sofa (which converts into a double bed), a large Smart TV and a contemporary dining table with 4 chairs. It is an ideal space to relax with friends or family.

The fully-equipped, sleek, modern, kitchen has everything you might need for your stay: an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. A large glass door leads out onto another balcony.

Bedroom 1: The bright master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, spacious storage, a large desk, with a lamp and chair, which can be used as a work station.
Bedroom 2: This sunny room has 2 single beds with large fitted wardrobe and drawers.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

This stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin, bidet and WC.

Standort
The apartment is situated in the middle of Lugano, just a 5 minute walk from the lakeside and 8 minutes from the central square, the Piazza della Riforma.

Right on the border of Switzerland and Italy, the city of Lugano is known for its stunning location, rich cultural heritage and excellent restaurants and cafés. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art Of Italian Switzerland) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. A day trip on the Lago di Lugano, sailing between Switzerland and Italy is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. For something more demanding, there are regular mountain running races throughout the year as part of the Ticino Mountain Running Cup.

The closest international airports are in Italy – Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12 minute walk from the apartment.
