The holiday apartment is perfect to relax in Ticino’s most vibrant city, with Lake Lugano being the highlight. At just a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment, guests can enjoy Lugano’s beautiful historic centre as well as the alpine lake! Meanwhile, at the apartment itself, they will find everything in its light-filled interiors to unwind in a pleasant atmosphere and soak up a peaceful stay.

The fourth-floor apartment features a lovely balcony with cosy open-air dining to socialise and indulge in meals with loved ones. There are 2 bedrooms in the rental to easily accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment’s neighbourhood is the perfect combination of a well-serviced, central location and a peaceful setting. The bus stop is at a 4-minute walk and there are also plenty of restaurants as well as supermarkets a stone’s throw from the holiday apartment to cater to your every craving and need.

Lugano’s historic centre, the lakeside Parco Ciani, Piazza della Riforma with tons of terraces, Trenino Turistico, Lugano casino and a wide range of discos, all are within convenient walking distance from the rental (15-20 minutes walk). However, for those who want to unwind away from the crowds, then Lido San Domenico and the Olive Grove trail ending in the picturesque village of Gandria are a 10-minute drive from here.

Guests can also hike through the magnificent San Salvatore as the funicular is a 15-minute drive. Meanwhile, families with children can head to Melide and admire the stunning causeway as well as the SwissMiniatur with the open-air exhibits of the best attractions of Switzerland! And if you are a literature fan, then don’t miss out on Montagnola (also 15 minutes), home to Nobel Prize-winning author Hermann Hesse. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 60-minute drive from this vacation rental in Lugano.
