Wake up to tranquil views of the lake and mountains in the peaceful village of Aldesago. Quietly nestled on a hillside, surrounded by lush greenery, this spacious escape for up to 4 guests is the ideal place to relax and reset.

The property is ideally set up for outside living with a private garden, a shared pool (open from 15th May to 15th September), and a terrace where you can dine alfresco or unwind with a good book.

Arranged on the first floor of a two-story building, Oasi Panoramica enjoys an open-plan living space that opens onto the terrace. This area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and incorporates a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: a Nespresso Coffee machine, a cooker, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Standort

The Oasi Panoramica apartment is situated in the village of Aldesago in the hills above Lugano. The property can be accessed via road or the funicular of Aldesago, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The funicular also takes visitors to the terraced restaurants and incredible views at the summit of Monte Bre. For groceries, visitors will need to head into Lugano, where there are a number of supermarkets. For the best local ingredients, guests should head to Lugano’s farmers market (Tuesdays and Fridays) on Via Carducci (a 14-minute drive).

The historic centre of Lugano is a 12-minute drive, where visitors will find charming cafe-lined piazzas, an idyllic lakeside promenade and sights including the iconic Piazza della Riforma, Trenino Turistico and Lugano’s casino. In the summer, guests can sunbathe and swim in the lake at Lido San Domenico or head to the Olive Grove trail for lakeside hiking, both less than a 10-minute drive. There is also a ferry terminal, where visitors will find routes to explore the lake by boat.

For day trips, guests can head to Montagnola (a 22-minute drive) to visit the Hermann Hesse Museum or visit Morcote, one of the prettiest villages in Switzerland (a 30-minute drive). Lugano’s Golf Club is also within easy reach (a 25-minute drive).
