Nestled quietly just a few steps from the refreshing waters of the lake, this first-floor rental is perfect to soak up a blissfully peaceful and carefree lake break in Lugano. The studio offers a lovely lakefront balcony with open-air dining and a gas BBQ to spend classic moments of summertime relaxation. At the same time, it offers air-conditioned interiors to unwind after a day of exploration.

Guests can enjoy the typical lake-mountain scenery from the large panoramic window of the rental and prepare hassle-free meals with the fully-equipped kitchen at their disposal. For nature lovers, the beautiful Parco Ciani in the centre of Lugano is a 9-minutes drive away. At Lugano centre, guests can also enjoy several lively terraces and the historic buildings of the grand Piazza della Reforma, the Lugano Casino, Tandem flights for paragliding, Lido di Lugano and more. For those who want to get a taste of Lugano’s nightlife, several discos and bars are also within a 10-15 minutes drive from here. The funicular to Monte Brè is a 17-minutes drive away, meanwhile, the funicular to San Salvatore as well as one of the most atmospheric and beautiful villages of Ticino, Morcote, are 25-minutes from here.
