A contemporary apartment with scenic mountain views, which makes an ideal base for a couple or group of 3 friends, who want to explore Lugano and the surrounding countryside.

The airy, open-plan living area combines indoor and outdoor life thanks to large glass doors opening onto the private balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chair for guests to dine al fresco and really enjoy the scenery. Inside there is a stylish sofa and an armchair. The dining table and chairs lead to the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso machine.

Standort
On a hillside, just 10 minutes from central Lugano, this apartment is ideally placed for guests to enjoy city life and country walks.

The town of Pazzallo is at the foot of Monte San Salvatore. The apartment is close to the funicular railway, which guests can take up to the top of the mountain for spectacular views, or down to the lovely lakeside town of Paradiso, with its lido and excellent restaurants.

The city of Lugano has much to see including MASI, The Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions.

For something more peaceful there are hiking and cycling trails in the nearby mountains. As well as water sports on the lake, power boat hire, kayaking and for the brave – extreme sports.

The closest international airports are in Italy – Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate, both 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
