A perfect garden retreat for an effortless and peaceful city break in lakeshore Lugano!

In addition to being an ideal base for enjoying everything in the vibrant city of Lugano, this one-bedroom holiday apartment is a tranquil base to relax after a day of exploration and fun. The holiday apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a lovely patio with open-air dining and an exclusive access garden to indulge in carefree moments of relaxation with loved ones.

The rental is located on the ground floor and has a light-filled, stylish and modern living room that directly leads out onto the garden with the patio. This room also has a big sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining for 4 and a very well-equipped and sophisticated kitchen to complete an absolutely hassle-free stay. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) are at guests’ disposal here.

The lakeshore Lido Riva Caccia, with swimming and sunbathing facilities, is just a 4-minutes from the holiday apartment. A couple of restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop for easy connectivity and self-catered stay are also within walking distance from here.

For nature lovers, the Tassino Park is a 15-minutes walk, meanwhile, the beautiful Parco Ciani in the centre of Lugano is a 20-minutes walk away. At Lugano centre, guests can also enjoy several lively restaurants and the historic buildings of the grand Piazza della Reforma, the Lugano Casino, Tandem flights for paragliding, and Lido di Lugano and more.

For those who want to get a taste of Lugano’s nightlife, several discos and bars are within a 10-minutes drive from here. Moreover, the picturesque lakeside Olive Tree Trail, the popular swimming spot on Lake Lugano – San Domenico and the trail to Gandria are all under a 15-minutes drive. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 1-hour drive away from this modern holiday apartment in Lugano, and the nearest train station is 17-minutes walk away.
