A contemporary, light-filled and air-conditioned apartment in the middle of Lugano, just 5 minutes from the lake.

This one-bedroom, first-floor apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people and is an ideal base for a business or family trip to Lugano. All rooms lead off a central entrance hallway in this thoughtfully designed flat. The sunny, corner sitting room has large windows on two sides and the sitting room has a modern sofa (which converts into a double bed), a large Smart TV and an elegant dining table with 4 chairs.

The sleek, bright kitchen has everything you need for your stay: an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: The bright master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, stylish storage, and a large desk and chair, which can be used as a workstation.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

A separate, beautifully designed, bathroom with a glass shower, large basin and WC.

Localisation
The apartment is situated in the middle of Lugano, just a 5-minute walk from the lakeside and the central Lugano Market, for the best local produce. It is located above a restaurant, so it may be occasionally noisy.

Right on the borders of Switzerland and Italy, the city of Lugano is known for its perfect blend of the two countries’ traditions. This is reflected in the local cuisine and wines. The city has a rich cultural heritage and hosts gastronomic and musical festivals throughout the year. Lugano is home to a wide variety of museums including the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland (MASI) just a 5 minute walk away. A cruise on the Lago di Lugano is not be missed. There is plenty to do before relaxing at one of the city’s many excellent restaurants and cafés. For more active travellers, there are regular mountain running races organized by the Ticino Mountain Running Cup, from April to October every year.

The closest international airports are in Italy – Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 12 minute walk from the apartment.
