Perfect to take a break from city life, this 2-bedroom holiday house for 6 guests is located just half an hour from Lugano. The cosy retreat is set over 3 levels and offers the ideal venue to work, unwind or just switch off from the business of modern life. The atmospheric house is spread over three floors with a cosy living room with a flat-screen TV and music system on the ground floor and a panoramic view living room with a large books library and a romantic fireplace on the second floor.

The house also has a private garden with far-reaching mountain views and open-air seating to relax with, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Each room has an independent radiator and there is also a traditional stove in the house with wood to heat up the stove and the fireplace. For those who want to work remotely, the house offers a laptop-friendly workplace and a tranquil hillside location.

Located just a 3-minute walk away from the Aranno bus stop, this holiday house is ideal for a peaceful vacation and visiting some of the best attractions, activities as well as adventures of the area. Within a 15-minute drive, guests can visit Castello do Magliasina, Lido di Agno, and the ski resort Bedea, the starting point for the enchanting hiking trail of Meraviglie and Zoo Al Maglio. For further exploration, guests can visit the exciting city of Lugano with a variety of experiences suitable for all ages, the prettiest village in Switzerland – Morcote, the fascinating SwissMiniatur and more; all located within a 30-minute drive.

The area is also home to some wonderful parks, some of which are Parco Ciani and Parco San Michele (Lugano), Tassino Park and Parco San Grato; all of them are a convenient 30-40 minutes drive from the holiday house. Besides this, for adventurers, the nearby funivia to Monte Lema is the perfect destination to experience the thrill of the Swiss Alps. For day trips, guests can head to the crystal-clear Verzasca Valley, which is just an hour away. The nearest international airport Milan Malpensa is approximately a 70-minute drive.
