Relax in this luxurious, 5th-floor apartment in the heart of Lugano. Novos Arcadia is a stylish apartment for 6 people in the historic centre of the city. Whether you are in Lugano for business or an exciting city break, this is the ideal option to get the most out of the city.

The spacious apartment is beautifully laid out with the rooms leading off a central hallway. Guests will enjoy the panoramic views across the rooftops to the mountains beyond the city. The living/dining room is furnished with a contemporary sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a dining table for 6. The spacious modern kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen for quick snacks and double glass doors lead out onto a small private balcony.

Please note: refurbishment work will take place on the floor below from Monday to Friday (09:00–12:00 / 13:30–16:30), which may cause some noise.

Posizione
Lugano is packed with interesting activities and sights and the apartment’s central location makes it very easy to explore the city on foot. The Palazzo dei Congressi events centre is a quick 6-minute walk, in the Parco Ciani (5 minutes) which offers stunning views of the lake.

A day trip on the Lago Lugano is a must. Lugano Centrale ferry terminal is just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake, is close by. Another favourite is Piazza della Riforma (3-minute walk), the heart of the city. It is a beautiful square lined with excellent restaurants and cafés.

For self-catering, there are many excellent food shops in the city, as well as the farmers market on Tuesday and Friday which is almost on your doorstep in Via Carducci (2 minutes walk).

The closest international airports are in Italy – Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 30 minute journey.
