The main open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and plenty of chairs. The separate kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located on the outskirts of Caslano a picturesque village in the south of Switzerland near the Italian border. Caslano sits on a small peninsula on the western shore of Lake Lugano and is known for its relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that blends of Swiss precision with Italian flair.

The village’s lakeside location makes it a great place for swimming, boating, paddleboarding and fishing. It is also home to the Golf Club Lugano (a 9-minute walk/2-minute drive), one of the oldest golf courses in Switzerland. The ferry terminal and is a 15-minute walk / 4-minute drive away and the closest beach – Lido di Caslano a 20-minute walk / 3-minute drive away.

The heart of the lively and historic city of Lugano is a 20-minute drive away making this a convenient base for exploring a wider range of culture, history, shopping and dining options from the tranquillity of this pretty village.
