The property is located in the small town of Cademario. The ideal choice for an active, outdoor holiday, guests will find; Malcantone, a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers just a 6-minute drive away, Lake Lugano a 20-minute drive and Lido di Agno an ideal spot for kayaking and swimming just a 22-minute dive away.

For culture, visitors can head to MASI, The Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland, in Lugano which hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. There are also many delicious restaurants and cafés here where you can enjoy the best of Italian and Swiss cuisines.

There are two restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away and guests will find a small grocery store a 10-minute walk / 2-minute drive away. For the freshest local produce guests should head to the farmers market, which takes place every Tuesday and Friday morning in central Lugano (a 25-minute drive).

The closest international airports are in Italy; Milan Malpensa (MXP) or Milan Linate (LIN). Both are approximately a 1 hour and 20-minute drive.
