Please note that the measurements of the garage is 2.10-2.20 but the ramp is very steep.

The lakeshore Lido Riva Caccia, with swimming and sunbathing facilities, is just a 4-minutes from the holiday apartment. A couple of restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop for easy connectivity and self-catered stay are also within walking distance from here.

For nature lovers, the Tassino Park is a 15-minutes walk, meanwhile, the beautiful Parco Ciani in the centre of Lugano is a 20-minutes walk away. At Lugano centre, guests can also enjoy several lively restaurants and the historic buildings of the grand Piazza della Reforma, the Lugano Casino, Tandem flights for paragliding, and Lido di Lugano and more.

For those who want to get a taste of Lugano’s nightlife, several discos and bars are within a 10-minutes drive from here.
