Nestled between the Swiss Italian cities of Lugano and Como, this well-equipped lake-view apartment in Riva San Vitale provides a strategic year-round holiday base for exploring the beautiful lake region.

Inside, the couple- and group-friendly apartment features a lake-view living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen SAT TV and a scenic dining area, alongside a separate retrofitted kitchen. Doors lead directly out onto a sunny private lake view terrace, furnished with an alfresco dining set, a BBQ and a set of sun loungers. A spacious double bedroom with access to a furnished private balcony is accompanied by a 2nd double bedroom and two retrofitted bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower).

The 3rd floor apartment features in a 4-storey residence with lift access and a communal indoor heated pool with sauna (open all year). A private parking space is also provided for added convenience.
