Nestled between the Swiss Italian cities of Lugano and Como, this well-equipped lake view apartment in Riva San Vitale provides a strategic year-round holiday base for exploring the beautiful lake region.

Inside, the couple and group-friendly apartment features a lake view living room with double sofa bed, a flat screen SAT TV and scenic dining area, alongside a separate retro fitted kitchen. Doors lead directly out onto a sunny private lake view terrace, furnished with an alfresco dining set, a BBQ and a set of sun loungers. A spacious double bedroom with access to a furnished private balcony is accompanied by a 2nd double bedroom and two retro fitted bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower).

The 3rd floor apartment features in a 4-storey residence with lift access and a communal indoor heated pool with sauna (open all year). A private parking space is also provided, for added convenience.
